We have commissioned our own research and individual consumer studies to ensure we are ahead of the market and developing learnings on an ongoing basis. Wave 1 was commissioned in Sep 08. To ensure we are ahead of market trends and influencers we have re-entered the field for Wave 2.

Our DSS tools applications have been audited by RECMA (Research Company Evaluating the Media Agency Industry) and achieved an unsurpassed A++ rating at a global level.

You will not find an agency group with better research tools.

Havas Media has invested significantly over the last five years in developing the DSS applications. They are constantly updated to accommodate new channels and opportunities within the communication landscape, such as the rise of social media or the spread of mobile.

In 2008 BLM was bought by Havas, and became part of its international media subsidiary, Arena.

Havas is one of the world’s leading advertising and communications services groups, with over 14,000 employees worldwide.
